1. The purchasing of artwork takes place only between the buyer and the artist through email messages or phone without the participation of CestiUmelci.cz
2. It is up to the artist to set the price, but in some cases it is possible for the buyer to make the artist a price quotation.
3. By clicking on the "Buy Now" or "Quote the price", the artist will obtain a message by e-mail with your quotation and contact data.
4. The artist will answer the buyer and both parties will mutually agree on how to pay for and transfer the artwork without the participation of a gallery and without paying the sales commissions.
5. The artist may or may not accept this quotation.
ARTWORKS PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The buyer pays the artist the fixed price for buying the artwork "Buy it now"
The buyer sends the artist by email with his PRICE QUOTATION “QUOTE THE PRICE"
FIXED PRICE - If the artist doest not want to give a discount for, or sell his artwork any cheaper, he must cross out the box when depositing the artwork. The buyer does not have any option to send the offer with his price quotation, and the artist is not bothered by these offers.
CONTRACT PRICE - The artist chooses in advance the price amount "Buy it now" and the lowest price in case he obtains the quotation from the buyer. The artist will indicate a "hidden lower selling limit ", which the buyer can not see. It only serves to filter the price quotations for the artist to be sent with or not. The artist may or may not accept the buyer’s quotation, and the former can wait if anyone else buys his artwork at the highest price. Artists are recommended to express their positions towards your price quotation within 14 days at the latest.
BUYERS AND ARTISTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO CHOICE SUITABLE PRICES FOR THE ARTWORK, AND THE BUYERS
SHOULD BE SENT ONLY WITH SUITABLE QUOTATIONS OR EVENTUALLY LOWER PRICES FOR PURCHASING THE ARTWORK

Antifraud protection – CHALLENGE FOR THE ARTISTS AND buyers
If the buyer detects that the artist is committing fraud or starts to present his artworks as sold so as to avoid his duty to pay the actual amount of the presentation fee (he will cite some of the presented works of art as sold) but in reality he will offer such artwork for sale, WE ASK THE BUYERS to inform us about except the artist. We will review your warning anonymously, and if it is true, we will block his personal gallery profile gallery with no refund of sums he has paid for the registration and presentations. Consecutively, his profile renewal will be penalized by the amount of 1,000 EUROS. Our gallery thanks you for helping us maintain this virtual gallery at fair practices.
THE ARTIST IS DEEMED RESPONSIBLE FOR CURRENT STATUS OF HIS ARTISTIC CREATIVITY PRODUCTS!!
GALLERY IS NOT LIABLE FOR FRAUD, AND BOTH PARTIES ARE RECOMMENDED to create arbitrary conditions, guarantees, advances and/or enter into the pre-emptive or purchase agreementS
