Selling the artworks – “Free from commissions payments”
In this online gallery can sell artworks only registered artists, galleries, foundations and charitable organizations.

The artwork sale and transfer takes place only between the artist and the buyer, without the participation of the CestiUmelci.cz "Free from the commission payments“. It is up to the artist to decide whether the price will be fixed or nedotiable. The buyer may accept a fixed price or he can sent the artist with his price quotation, which applies to all levels of galleries and presentations
You are on the website of free internet gallery that is dedicated to the artists and their support in the global presentation and sale of their art-making free from the commission payment from the sale. Presentation fee of art-making is 1% of the total price
ART WORKS SELLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
For the art work purchase, the buyer pays the artist the PRICE he has set up as "BUY it NOW"
The buyer will propose and send the artist with his price quotation via email. "QUOTE THE PRICE"
FIXED PRICE - If the artist neither intends to reduce the price of his art work nor to sell his work cheaper, he must tick in the box when depositing the work. The buyer does not have the option to send his price quotation, and the artist is not bothered by these price quotations.
CONTRACT PRICE - the Artist in advance chooses the price amount "BUY it NOW" and the lowest price to be prepared in case he obtains the price quotation from the buyer. The artist will indicate "the hidden lower sales limit" invisible for the buyer, which indication is only used to filter the price quotations to be sent or not to the artist. The artist may or may not accept any price quotation from the buyer, and the former may wait to see if someone other does not buy his art work at the highest price... we recommend max. 14 days time for the artist prior to take his decision.
WE RECOMMEND THE ARTIST AND THE BUYER TO CHOOSE THE APPROPRIATE PRICES FOR THE ART-MAKING AND SEND THE BUYERS ONLY APPROPRIATE PRICE QUOTATIONS, EVENTUALLY PROPOSING LOWER PRICES FOR THE PURCHASE OF ART WORK.
ART WORK TRANSFER OR HANDING OVER:
The buyer and the artist must agree on how will the art work transferred or handed over.
(PERSONALLY, BY MAIL, COURIER SERVICE AND OTHER MODALITIES)
PURCHASE PRICE PAYMENT:
The buyer and the artist must agree on the payment modality for art work.
(PERSONALLY, BY TRANSFER TO A BANK ACCOUNT, BY MAIL)
FRAUD DETECTION - A CHALLENGE FOR THE ARTIST AND THE BUYER
If the artist commits a fraudulent act, or will present his art works as sold so as to avoid to pay any actual presentation charge (he will state some of the presented art works as sold), but in fact he will offer and sell such a work to those interested through a personal communication, our gallery at such a revelation will freeze his profile, without the right to refund the sums he has paid for the registration and presentations. Any subsequent profile restoration will be penalized by the amount of 1000 EUR
THE ARTIST IS DEEMED RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURRENT STATE OF THE MENU OF YOUR ART-MAKING PRODUCTS!!
THE GALLERY DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FRAUDULENT CONDUCT, AND BOTH PARTIES ARE ADVISED TO CREATE ARBITRARY TERMS, CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES, ADVANCE PAYMENTS AND/OR ENTER INTO THE CONTRACT OF THE RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL OR THE CONTRACT OF PURCHASE
